Camper Leadership Programs
The Camper in Leadership Training Program (CILT) is the first step in our Leadership Training programs. This is for campers currently in 10th grade who have an interest in developing skills for working in a camp or other youth service organization. The Counselor in Training program (CIT) is the second step in our Leadership Training programs. This is for campers who have been part of our CILT program (or equivalent experience), currently in 11th grade. The purpose of this program is to allow interested young people the opportunity to be trained and actively participate in the activities, traditions, and operation of CIC.
